Speech by the Maritime Prefect, Vice Admiral of Wing of Ché 

With the approach of the commemoration of the fiftieth anniversary, the President of the Republic wished to be represented at the ceremony organized on 27 January next in Toulon by Vice-Admiral of the Wing Charles-Henri du Ché, maritime prefect of the Mediterranean and Commander-in-Chief for the Mediterranean.
